Patricia Ryan Video

I strongly agree with Patricia; i never really thought how important it could be knowing more than one language. I know more than one language and its spanish here in schools they offer it but most people don't seem to take it seriously. Most people agree with just because were in america we should only speak english and some of us can take it offensive but then again theres more than one culture mixed in now and were all different from one another and its true we all learn something new and discover many different things each day from each other. In my point of view i like to know whats out there, how our cultures are different from one another and id like to speak more than just two languages. We can all learn from each other and know much more ideas; our world keeps getting bigger and we should share our language and help others who may not understand and "we probably never know what they kno".

The music video i chose was "mi nina bonita" by chino y nacho. This song talks about one special girl and the feelings the guy has towards her and she's not like any other girl, because of her he's learned to love. it states as well that they were born for one another and that there is love. when he takes her by the hand walking around the park he feels as if he's up above the clouds and nothing can be compared with someone as special. it also says that good things do come in there time and he's glad he's found someone so kind and natural. Through the song he's just describing the word love and the romance they go thru and how he's happy to have her.

Me llamo Evelyn. Vivo en una casa en Clayton. Soy de California. Me gusta bailar, cantar, comer, escribir y muchas cosas mas. Bailar es unas de mis favoritas actividades. No me gusta correr, no soy muy buena para eso. Me gustaria hacer maestra cuando termino con mis estudios.

Evelyn's First Blog Entry

a. What i hope to do this semester is learn much more of the hispanic culture, i may know some but not all. Im looking forward forward to learning much more of the proper spanish than what i already know. I also think its an interesting subject because you learn new and different things and you can even become better at it. I look forward to this semester!

b. I think blogging can be a better way to communicate with much more new people and maybe even getting to know others from other countries or places; its something i would have never thought of and so far it seems cool but you just have to get use to the way it works.

c. I look forward to this semester and it seems like were going to be active most of the time, doing many  activities and it makes work out for everyone since were trying new things we've never really worked with as in school wise work.
